My Story

I lost 100 lbs.
Gained it back.
Lost it again.

The first time, I thought discipline was enough. I white-knuckled my way down 100 pounds and believed I'd solved it. Then life happened — three kids under 3.5, a business that ate my hours, and an anxious mind that wouldn't quiet down. The weight came back.

The second time I lost it, I understood something I'd missed: the difference between a plan and a system. A plan assumes a perfect week. A system is built for the week you actually have.

That system became I AM TENACIOUS — coaching and nutrition for people who need something that survives real life.

How Coaching Starts

One conversation.
A plan built around you.

No generic template and no pressure. We start with where you are, then build a structure that can survive work, family, and the weeks that never go to plan.

01

Start with the consultation

We map your movement, training history, goals, schedule, and the constraints your plan has to respect.

02

Get a plan built for you

Your training structure is shaped around your body, available time, equipment, and real responsibilities.

03

Progress with structure

Clear progression and consistent coaching replace guesswork, all-or-nothing weeks, and another restart.

What I Believe

Four principles.
No exceptions.

01
Systems beat willpower
Motivation runs out by Tuesday. A system you can run on your worst day is the only thing that lasts.
02
Built around real life
Three kids, a business, no sleep. The plan has to survive that — or it isn't a plan, it's a fantasy.
03
Evidence over promises
No magic, no shortcuts. Just the work, structured properly, done consistently over time.
04
Standards over motivation
You don't rise to your goals. You fall to your standards. We raise the standard and hold it.

Take yourself
seriously again.
